Hi there! Welcome to Yarnmallow! I’m Elif, and I’m the creator behind this cosy space where soft yarn and heartfelt creativity meet.

It all started in 2017 when I picked up a hook and some yarn just out of curiosity. As a mum of two, my first creations were, of course, for my little ones. There was something magical about seeing their eyes light up when they saw a toy made by me. It was like a little piece of my heart was in each stitch.

From simple gifts for my kids, I started making toys for friends and loved ones too. Each one was unique, a little piece of me in every stitch. The joy of giving something handmade, personal, and full of love is what really got me going.

Over time, what was just a hobby became something more. Crochet became my creative outlet, my little escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With each stitch, I felt a sense of peace, purpose, and joy. To me, crocheting is like a form of therapy – a quiet, meditative process that brings comfort, not just to me, but hopefully to those who welcome my creations into their homes.
